Eric's professional background is based in commercial construction management and marketing before joining CRYE-LEIKE in 2004. This background has given him a unique foundation for evaluating, promoting and procuring commercial properties.

Eric is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) through the CCIM Institute. Only 6% of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry.

Eric and his wife Joanna have four children, Gabe (10), Audrey (8), Sam (6) and Ellie (2).
